Garlic Parmesan Turkey Cutlets
Garlic Parmesan Turkey Cutlets are healthy, delicious and super simple to make! The perfect crowd-pleasing meal for a busy night!
Ingredients
Breading

egg white (or use a whole egg)

water

Panko bread crumbs
1/4
cup
Italian bread crumbs
1/4
cup
grated parmesan
1
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
paprika

tsp
dried or fresh parsley (chop finely)
Turkey breast cut into cutlets and pounded between saran wrap or wax paper

olive oil
Instructions
Whisk together bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and parsley.
Whisk together egg and water.
Working one cutlet at a time, dip both sides in flour mixture then into egg mixture followed by the bread crumbs. Pat gently to coat both sides.
Place large non stick skillet over medium heat. When a drop of water sizzles add the oil. Pan fry 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Put cutlets in preheated oven if thicker cutlets. Place meat thermometer and cook to 155 degrees. Let sit on counter for 15 minutes.
