1/2cupkernel corn—preferably cooked fresh corn taken off the cob
1/4cupsliced green onion
1/4cupranch salad dressing—I prefer refrigerated dressing in the produce dept
6flour tortillas
Instructions
Combine poultry, spinach, red pepper, corn, green onion and dressing. No red pepper—grated carrot and slivered cucumber is very nice too.
Cover wrap with spinach leaves and spoon filling down centre of each tortilla.
Fold bottom and top edge of each tortilla one inch over turkey mixture. Roll up. Cut in half or eat whole.
