Easy to make Turkey Breast satay

Ingredients
- 2 pound turkey breast, skin removed and trimmed and sliced diagonally into 1/4 inch strips
Marinade
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (not essential)
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 4 scallions sliced thin (not essential—but adds a nice flavour)
- 30 6 inch wood skewers — soak in water for 1/2 hour before

Instructions
- Mix together marinade
- Thread chicken on skewers.
- Pour marinade over skewers. Let marinate at least one hour
- Broil until fully cooked. About 4 minutes on each side. Flip skewer half way through the cooking.
