Turkey Breast satay

turkey breast, skin removed and trimmed and sliced diagonally into 1/4 inch strips
Marinade

cup
soya sauce
1/4

Vegetable oil

packed dark brown sugar

cup
chopped cilantro (not essential)

ketchup

garlic cloves minced

hot sauce

scallions sliced thin (not essential—but adds a nice flavour)

6 inch wood skewers — soak in water for 1/2 hour before
Instructions
Mix together marinade
Thread chicken on skewers.
Pour marinade over skewers. Let marinate at least one hour
Broil until fully cooked. About 4 minutes on each side. Flip skewer half way through the cooking.
